Presbyterian Disaster Assistance names First Presbyterian Volunteer Host Site

After much prayer, discernment, assessment and planning our church has accepted the mission to host volunteer teams coming into our area for Hurricane Helene recovery.  We are blessed to be able to directly participate in the rebuilding efforts in our community.   ALL groups interested in scheduling volunteers will need to contact Anne Waple, Disaster Recovery Coordinator, at the Presbytery of WNC at awaple@presbyterywnc.org.   Scheduling is only done through the Presbytery.
