First Presbyterian Church of Spruce Pine is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Spruce Pine is the home of the Blacksmith Festival and the Mineral & Gem Festival. Downtown Spruce Pine is distinctive because we have two main streets. Upper and lower street are host to many unique shops and restaurants. Spruce Pine is approximately an hour away from Boone, Asheville, Hickory, and Johnson City, Tennessee. Nearby attractions are the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Orchard at Altapass, Penland School of Craft, Roan Mountain State Park, Linville Falls, and much more!
